Event Description


This session will address the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act, the exceptions to those “rules”, the use and development of Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIAs) on the process and where Agency action intersects with both White House and Congressional oversight.

Whether you’re new to regulatory affairs, been navigating the Federal Register without a guide or are an expert navigator of the regulatory flow chart this lunch and learn will have something for everyone. Join your WGR colleagues for an overview of the regulatory process and the statutes that influence how the federal government proposes and establishes regulations.

Please bring a brown bag lunch. Beverages and dessert will be provided.

  • Non Member: $40

Payment, Replacement & Refund Policy
WGR event registration fees must be paid in advance. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute, however you are responsible for the difference in fees if the individual is a non-member. The deadline to receive a refund is three (3) business days prior to the event. The request must be received in writing, prior to the deadline.
