Hear from a panel of WGR members who have successfully developed their own personal strategies for wellness into their busy lives. Coming from varied perspectives, they will share tips and tricks for making exercise and self-care a high priority, ways they “fit” fitness into their lives…even when things get crazy, and get you started on identifying barriers and opportunities in your life.
Join us for this energetic evening even if it is simply to surround yourself with others who want to make fitness a priority in their lives, too.
You will walk away with strategies for making exercise and wellness a high priority in our busy lives and exercise ideas to get you moving right away while networking with WGR members.
